Isn't it fair to say Obito can transfer over chakara if he can transfer his eyes via chakara fusion?
Some things are being overlooked. Obito probably didn't just give over his eyes plus the eye are made of the special chakara, hence why Obito still has his
Also, you admit it makes sense. You didn't refute the point that it makes logical sense now. you just said it would go away, which we can only infer
That can be possible but it's the way it was constructed and how Kishimoto displayed it. He could of earnt those temporary powers before his death rather him getting his powers over through another realm called Purgatory.

Obito said that it was temporary if he wouldn't have done it tbh I wouldnt even think it is possible, but if a special chakra makes the kyuubi jinchuuriki's eyes look the way they do, and SM is chakra that make their eyes look the way they do, then i guess you can say the same about sharingan, but whatever Obito's power is now inhabiting Kakashi and he said that it is temporary and that leads me to believe that he means all of it. MS, PS, and all

Ok, I had an entire thread that explains this but for some reason a mod deleted it.
I can't say if the way Kishi portrayed it was clear or not but (an old comment of mine I copy and pasted)
Obito and Kakashi were still connected. It was a transfusion, like you do with blood, except it's temporarily done by chakara. Obito is working together with Kakashi (like when they were adolescents) and bestowing his gift to Kakashi again. You can see the tribute to kakashi and Obitos characters'. He's been his friends eyes for the most part of the story, let alone with one eye. Now they both can see the future. It's funny no one saw the connection between the scene of them as kids and this one as adults. I believe it is a temp fusion between them, like nail and picklelow

Kishimoto really brought to life the aphorism, "be my eyes" or whatever it says because now both of them can see the future through one body. Basically Obito is possessing Kakashi with his consent. We know that the soul can be emanated through one's chakara (see Dan). When the chakara is gone the eyes of Obito Ucihha go too. The fusion ends and Kakashi is no longer Kakabito
No it's cause he couldn't deactivate the regular sharingan in that eye he had before, no one has any clue wtf obito really just did yet. You posted a scan of one of a few translations of what obito said to kakashis and it's meaning remains ambiguous still so I can't concur with your premise
Picklelow and nail. If kishi made Obito endow a gift to Kakashi before he died, there would be no fusion ha! Between best friends. This is the tribute these two deserved
The Uchiha's yin chakra's special chakra is what creates the sharingan, it makes them stronger

The first pictures showed the direct relation between susano'o and the Uchiha's special chakras that causes madness in some, this chakra grants the Uchiha powerful chakra in times of turmoil and was given as seen here this chakra directly affects susano'o, causing it to grow when Sasuke was enraged. According to Cee before using Susano'o Sasuke's chakra became like genjutsu (yin)
There being a link between susanoo and the users chakra is nothing new. Susanoo is a manifestation of the users chakra, Hence why they look difference and are different colours.
Changes in emotional states can affect chakra, As seen when naruto lost control which triggered the kyuubi's chakra and so forth
The scan of sasuke and his susanoo, Doesn't reprisent Yin chakra, It simply being used to show how "Dark/Evil" sasuke's chakra has become, Just like karin stated before hand.
Also the speical chakra in the uchiha's brain isn't required to use the sharingan, It's just needed to unlock it. Kakashi is proof of this. He acquired the sharingan as 2T. Not only did he get 3T on his own, The sharingan he had also unlocked it's Ms state without this special chakra and he was able to use his Ms ability without needing any of obito's chakra.
So i fail to see why susanoo or any other Ms technique is different.
Since emotional states can affect a users chakra, and susanoo is basically chakra, What ever affects chakra affects susanoo aswell. All the scans you've provided show is a link between Susanoo and chakra. Not that speical chakra is needed.

Think about what tobirama said about the Uchiha gaining power from their emotions. The more intense their emotion, more powerful their chakra becomes, susano'o is a representation of that power and therefore a representation of the user's chakras and the fact that it grows darker proves that it is tied with this specific chakra. The chakra that controls the mind is yin, (also Cee stated that Sasuke's chakra resembled genjutsu) so to put it all together Susano'o is a culmination of the user's special yin chakra that is affected by the users emotions.
