I can't remember it being said that "powerful yin chakra" is required to make susanoo possible.

All thats said is that only those who awaken the mangekyou in both eyes can achieve susanoo. Nothing was said in terms of speical chakra requirements and so forth.

This makes zero sense. By your logic ALL Uchiha can awaken sussano because of special chakara. This is not the case; only a certain amount could awaken MS. Yeah but it has to do with the Optical part of the brain where a special Chakra activates according to a certain altercation that activates this Chakra to warp out and activate the Sharingan thus the Mangekyo Sharingan.

Obviously it will go away because it would be too much for Kakashi and it would also destroy fact that he would need to be permanently blindfold because the Chakra consuming. One of the reasons why Kakashi was blindfold was because he couldn't deactivate the Sharingan for the solely purpose of being a non Uchiha.

I agree the eyes will go away. Obito would foresee an issue like that. But Susano is permanent (maybe not for Kakashi because it is only a temporary boost) until Kishi states you need the eyes to activate it. Otherwise it is principle
