Yeah I agree. Even Pain Arc or Gokage Meeting Arc Kakashi is above Sick Itachi, anyway.

War Arc MS Kakashi surpassed Itachi in everything: faster, smarter, better reflexes, physically tougher and stronger, far more chakra, better taijutsu, far far far better ninjutsu with better base techniques (Raikiri, Rasengan, Raiden, Raijuu Tsuiga, Raiton Kage Bunshin, Daibafuku, Suiryodan, Kage Bunshin, Tajuu Kage Bunshin, Doryuheki, and 1000 other techniques from the Copy Ninja vs a couple of Katon and Suiton from Itachi: and Kakashi's Mangekyo with mastered Kamui eclipses Itachi's Mangekyo with Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi and Susanoo which are a lot easier to evade) bar genjutsu, and even in genjutsu he is a good contender, he doesn't have Tsukuyomi but even in Part 1 Itachi himself addressed that 3TS Kakashi could stand against his 3TS genjutsu. This version of Kakashi is definitely above Itachi.

DMS Rikudo Kakashi could fight against Kaguya. the strongest character in the series, better than anyone else. He could literally stand up against the Chakra Goddess with a performance that eclipsed Rikudo Naruto and Rinnegan Sasuke's and that Hagoromo praised as "godly feats", he was able to outspeed her chakra arms with his Perfect Susanoo, counter her giant form with Kamui Shuriken, have a 1 vs 1 against Kaguya where he effortlessy defended himself with Kamui phasing and attacked and blitzed and wounded her with Kamui Raikiri, and lastly neutralize her last counterattack by outspeeding and warping away her S/T portal with his own long range Kamui. This version of Kakashi is literally untouchable and his attacks can't be defended from.
