Kakashi sees the way Obito is like Naruto, but his ideals are the opposite all Obito wants is to be together with Rin who is dead... he feels regret for not dieing back in the third Ninja War and having to see Kakashi eventually kill Rin?? The question marks are there for the simple fact we dont know if what Obito saw was an illusion or not. Kakashi misses his teammate and the good within him!

Indeed, and not to mention Kakashi is directly related to Obito's suffering while Naruto didn't even cause Sasuke's suffering since it came from the Uchiha Massacre while Obito's suffering is from the death of Rin by Kakashi's hands.
