what he said, plus kakashi needs mangekyou sharingan to do something like tobi's doing with normal sharingan so spam that tobi's copied jutsu too much and he goes blind in 3 minutes, although he should have gone blind by now...useing kamui on a kunai...

I completly misunderstood what happened lol. But if he got that jutsu i think he would be a extremely difficult shinobi.
