in the page where tobirama describes how the sharingan works he states that it is from chackra that originates in the brain.
It says that the chackra originates from the brain, and from the diagram is seems to be a steady stream of chackra.
So how are Kakashi and especially danzo able to consistently use these sharingan if they don't in fact, have the brain that is required to supply the sharingan? (or it is a one time occurrence that permanently changes them?)

Well itachi did say to kakashi his body is compatible with the sharingan, he just lacks their chakra.

His brain most likely adapted to it since he got it when he was still young.

Maybe when a Sharingan is transplanted into a person's body, the rules for using it change? I'm not sure how this would work out, it's just an idea.

Well if you want to go by logic he shouldn't be able to do it because you can't just take someones eye out and stick it in your socket and Boom "I can see". Lol the only that makes sense is Sasuke and the ones who actually surgically implanted them.

Chakra can be melded. Therefore, could one's sharingan adapt with one's chakra and thus the reason kakashi has a sharingan?

I don't think the brain is that specific. It's the eye that is more vital. Once a sharingan is activated in the eye, it's a sharingan eye.

But since we're on the topic, remember they've always said Kakashi's body wasn't suited for the sharingan like the Uchiha's and it drains him more to use it? Well the Uchiha can use their normal chakra plus their brain chakra to power the sharingan but Kakashi doesn't have the brain so he can probably only use his normal chakra to power it. And thus, he wears out much more easily when using sharingan techniques than the normal Uchiha.

I think Tobirama was refering to the process of awakening a sharingan or a MS and in my opinion that special chakra that sprouts into the brain is special because it's affected by the feelings of loss and despair.I think that because the Uchihas are descendants of the SO6P have a body and a phyciology that is more suited for the dojutsu powers. That doesn't mean that others can't have sharingan.Kakashi can switch from.base sharingan to MS which means that his body and his chakra have adapted to the eye.Danzo's case was different becauae he had Senju dna inplanted to him.But at the end I think that the chakra that the body produces is getting adopted to the eyes.Kakashi was able to master his kamui better and use it more often which indicates that his body is adapting to it.
