Kakashi should be in the top 10

Well in terms of kakashi in a top 10 list of POWERFULL ninja, kakashi woun't make the list. If it was in terms of skills though... yes he might make the list. After all, he got to jonin and anbu at a very young age... but I belive itachi got it even younger.. If its just a general top 10 list of ninjas, then I would put kakashi in there.

Besides, he is a low S-rank and managed to fight on par with a few akatsuki members. His skill and knowledge are high.
