Kakashi should be in the top 10 now?

We saw kakashi analysis skill is at the level of itachi,sasuke and shikamaru .Gai and Naruto did not even think kunai scratching tobi mask.Kakashi also planned the counter attack against tobi to hit him directly.
Kakashi should be in the 10 ten strongest/smartest play now since he could analyse well in battle.Kakashi might win some battles now against stronger character from this.For example naruto
