kakashi, sharingan in one eye byakugan in the other

I don't think he would be able to sustain both of them, for the reasons posted above. But if he were to have both sharingan and byakugan he would be somewhat overpowered.
And for madara's chakra levels? he managed to summon the nine tails fox... that takes up huuuuge amounts of chakra so you can just imagine that he has plenty to spare.

Ao cannot activate and deactivate his byakugan at will he has a seal over his eye that makes the byakugan dormant and protected.
He releases the seal when he wants to use the Byakugan

does he have unlimited chakra?

Madara is an Uchiha, he has larger chakra reserve than others.
Kakashi isn't an Uchiha, his chakra reserve is lower.

byakugan is nothing compared to the feats of the sharingan Mangeyko sharingan Eternal Mangeyko sharingan and the Rinnegan .
and again even not comparing it to those 2 other eye powers the byakugan is fairly useless hence why kishi never went any further than necessary with the byakugan.

To stay alive Kakashi would be blindfolded and blind till their would be a battle, reason bring if you can't deactivate the eyes, you suffer chakra depletion and die.

rinnegan is a natural evolution of the sharingan after eternal mangekyou sharingan
