because it's a blood line trait that is rare. also requires two sharingan and the black flames + tsuykumi

they dont require black flames and tskuyomi, it could be any MS ninjutsu, same goes for the genjutsu, but they must have both jutsu.

There are plenty of sensible arguments against Kakashi getting it. Like the fact that he doesn't have two sharingans with MS, the fact that it would literally be impossible for him to unlock Sage Mode of any kind due to chakra restraints, and the fact that in the databook it says that only if you have Amaterasu + Tsukuyomi can your third MS ability be Susanoo.

All of these facts add up to this being 100% impossible. As in never going to happen.
