Kakashi is now foddered. Raikiri also relied on Sharingan to be used effectively. Now Kakashi is just slightly above average, moderate tactician, with a very frail body and low chakra reserve :| And with only 1 eye, he has the handicap and will really struggle with awareness in combat.

Even 10 10 and Sakura will now beat Kakashi
