Sakura said a few things that totally slipped most minds

she said Kakashi was "better at Taijutsu than Lee".

as we all know Kakashi has opened gates before. and have used Gai and Lees techniques.

Rock Lee said that his max gate is the sixth. he said that when Gai opened the 8th.

so since Kakashi is " better" then he can open more gates than Lee meaning at least the 7th Gate.

so perhaps he could open the 7th gate but doesn't due to the drawbacks

Sakura also said he had a better nose than Kiba.

Kiba has smelling based sensory even able to pin point an enemies location via smell from many kilometers away.

so if Kakashi has a better nose imagine how good Kakashi's is.

Naruto is the one that said it not sakura and when naruto said it he was referring to their part 1 versions. It's safe to say kakashi's nose is better than part 1 kiba, or has a sharingan better than vote sauce. Or better taijutsu than 5 gate lee.

Kakashi is better than Lee in terms of Skill when it comes to Taijutsu, however, this does not mean he can open the eight gates past the second due to the immense strain it puts on the body. That comes down to physical endurance. He does indeed have a better sense of smell than Kiba due to being in the Anbu and being a genius from childhood. Kakashi also has a higher intellect than Shikamaru, however, the way they strategize is different. Shikamaru plans things out in steps. Kakashi uses Shadow Clones for recon, then devises a plan of attack from there. Kakashi's an effective all-rounder.

Mind you though, this was all based on part one. By part II, Lee is almost as good as Gai in terms of skill in Taijutsu making him as good as Kakashi. Kiba's sense of smell would be superior to Kakashi's by now. Shikamaru's become much smarter by now, but there's really no way to determine how much smarter he is compared to Kakashi. A game of Shogi between Kakashi and Shikamaru would be interesting.

That was in early part 2 so i think sakura(or naruto) meant that he is better than part 1 Lee and part 1 kiba but both of them has developed in part 2

I remember Sakura and Naruto saying that, it was during the bell test at the beginning of shippuden. However, it is pretty clear that they were speaking out of their asses. One, a few weeks later, Kiba proved that his nose>>>>>>>>Kakashi and his dog's noses when they were looking for Sasuke. Kakashi and his dogs admitted that they couldn't track down Sasuke's scent because he used ST jutsu (reverse summoning to escape Deidara) to escape, but Kiba said he could, and he proved it by tracking down Sasuke. This proves that Sakura and Naruto were talking rubbish. Remember that they also said that Kakashi's sharingan prowess was better than Sasuke, however, Sasuke discovered, with one glance, that Deidara was using earth based hand seals for his art and figured out that lightning would nullify it, Kakashi, who fought Deidara before with Naruto as a partner, was unable to figure that out and instead resorted to chakra taxing Kamui as a solution. He could use for example wind release and make a distraction even if it was little, breath smoke that turns into fire like Asuma's technique to block vision, but nope. Nothing, just standing. Throw a kunai, that simple. But STILL, NO.
