If one would restrict Kamui, then Kakshi would certainly lose.. Kamui is Kakashi's ace in fighting against Tsunade..

Yes, Kakashi has a lot of jutsu in his arsenal, but most of then wouldn't do much against a nigh-immortal opponent.. tsunade outclasses Kakashi in stamina, strength, and chakra levels by a mile.. as for speed, one cannot be too sure that Tsunade is slower than Kakashi as the only ninja Tsunade has ever been compared to with regards with speed is A, who as everyone would agree is A >>>>> Kakashi in speed.. still Tsunade is fast enough to intercept both Manda's attack mid bite and Madara's fire attacks.. Kakashi's elemental attacks wouldn't do much as Tsunade would virtually heal herself against them..

Without Kamui, Kakashi would be insane if he thinks he can defeated in one on one close combat.. He's only chance without kamui is to out-smart her, which i think is too easy as Tsunade herself is quite smart, that plus given her battle experience.. Tsunade would demolish the battlefield, plus she also has Katsuyu.. point is, without a special jutsu in your arsenal, you have very few ways to defeat Tsunade.. In part 1, Kakashi is often compared to Kabuto in skill level, who if not for abusing Tsunade's extreme fear of blood back would have been killed a long time ago, sadly a fact most readers/watchers tend to forget..
