Is it safe to say that kakashi would of been stronger then obito with DMS, or obito with his DMS??
IMO I think obito would of been stronger cause he is an Uchiha(blood,body,chakra), he could maybe maintain Susano longer with less charkra required

The only reason Kakashi could use DMS was because of Sage Chakra. That being said Obito with DMS would still be better than Kakashi.

Obito clearly stated that he wanted to give kakashi a power he also stated that the power is not came by step by step and also not something useless
So obito only give PS just for little time

Kakashi because of the fact that he had Obito's Rikudou soul and chakra crammed into his body. Lol DMS Kakashi > Standard DMS Obito, you have to realise the fact that the feats would be different without Rikudou enhancements to Obito's eye/chakra.

Didn't you see how tired kakashi was right after the kaguya fight, and he didn't even have susanoo on for long.

Obito can do everything kakashi can do except obito has access to his gudodama staff which puts him at an advantage, other than the obvious facts that the eyes belong to him & he has much higher reserves.
