Who is more proficient at their techniques between Kakashi and Guy?

This isn't who would win in a fight its who is better overall.

I feel like they are about even but Kakashi is a little better.

Kakashi is good at taijutsu and can use genjutsu. His Ninjutsu is also arguably one of the best in the series he always has a new jutsu to show off.

I think Kakashi would win//pGuy was Obito's replacement so Kakashi probably has Guy's Taijutsu covered,and he could just copy wheel any of his ninjutsu//If guy opened any gates it'd be trouble but I'm positive he could find a counter or last until the gates has him worn out.

It's true that their friendly record is tying but in serious comparison....

Kakashi is better in overall abilities.Actually I think Kakashi,along with Itachi are the only two ninjas throughout the series that were shown to be great in all ninja fields!

If kakashi is restricted from kamuing himself he gets stomped.

If he can kamui himself once Gai opens the 6th/7th gate Gai is dead.

This thread has been done a thousand times , Kakashi has a LARGE fanbase here and none of em will say Gai wins.I just want to point something out .Kakashi is nowhere NOWHERE close to Gai when it comes to taijutsu .....sharingan can't track high speed movements , Sasuke could not track base lee with weights speed.Also Gai can open and close the gates at will , he has done it all the time through the war and finally collapsed when he performed Hirudora while half dead to repel Madara.

I like Guy as a character more, but i think Kakashi's abilities are better.
