It's funny, because you were the one who pointed out my A>B>C logic before.
Hashirama only manages to escape Kamui if he creates bunshins or hides from Kakashi's view. Assuming Kakashi is not handicapped by letting Hashirama make any move before the fight, he has no counter to Kamui. Tobirama and Minato, on the other hand, have a chance (dunno if they actually can or not, but they do have a chance) to dodge Kamui via FTG.

He was badly hurt and had no chakra to follow up nor finish obito, now all the sudden hey lets warp gedo. All the feats before that are Kakashi's on his own reserves.
