Just to make things clear, Kakashi without Sharingan has more chakra reverse, and the only thing he lost is a Kamui and a perfect Chidori (which he probably mastered by now)

Remember he spent a good chunk of his life with the sharingan, after becoming Jonin he ended up with sharingan in the next day... his fighting style is mainly oriented around the sharingan so it should be hard for him to just quickly adjust back to fighting without it

Anyone who denies that Kakashi has not been severely and I been monumentally downgraded, then he's off his rocker. He should be slightly weaker than his part one version, given that he cannot even use Chidori or Raikiri.

I had an inkling that Kakashi will get Obito's eye, but, Obito is either done for or he'll survive as an Uchiha Clan member with Sasuke. Giving Kakashi a new eye means he isn't getting Sharingan, period. Let's see how he stands on his two legs without an Uchiha hand out.
