If Sasuke had seen Kakashi's sharingan BEFORE seeing Tobi's after Itachi's implant, you might have had a point. However, its also possible even in that situation that the tech was designed for that one eye of Obito, and that eye alone.

It's possible, however, KotoAmatsukami worked with Edo-Itachi's eyes, even though it was intended to work with his alive eyes within Sasuke, which in a way contradicts that.

Actually that is somewhat true. However, edo tensei does bring your physical body back to this world. Itachi's eyes= part of Itachi's physical body.

Probably the left eye was one of those he had in bottles, and he chose to sacrifice that eye instead of his own eye (Obito's eye), but since we didn't see that eye's mangekyo, we'll never know.

Probably S/T jutsu, so Amaterasu flames would just fall to the floor, i guess.

Basically, Itachi implanted an Amaterasu in Sasuke's eye, so that it automatically reacts to Obito's eyes. It reacted to Tobi's eye, but not to Kakashi's eye, which would have instantly revealed us that both eyes were connected, back in that time.
