Their attacks toward each other were serious,taking the fact that half of Obitos body is made of Hashirama cells if he gets hit in that part he will probably live,wile Kakashi on the other hand might die if he is not a clone(ussualy a lightning clone).
If Obito gets hit by a chidori right through his heart then he will hit the dirt,everything else he probably lives.

Still i think Kakashi would not put himself in such a dangerous situation without a reason(talk no jutsu) or without a backup plan regarding his life,so i would have to say Kakashi will probably live.

I hope Kakashi lives and I don't care if Obito dies or lives, but I want Obito to live so that Naruto or Minato can fight him.

To be honest I think that they will both die. if they don't both die then I hope things can change between them and have obito final be free.

One of them has to live, otherwise their bodies will stay in the Kamui dimension forever and no one will really know what happened to them. My guess is Kakashi will win...he has been the underdog in this match-up and now that Obito can't use his Kamui, I feel as if Kakashi will take him down.
