Can't Obito just do the opposite from the dimension?

If he can become transparent in the real world by warping parts of his body in the dimension, why can't he do the reverse and warp parts of his body from the dimension to the real world?

Kakashi's only move that makes him even at top 20 is kamui. Without that he is top 30 and Not even close to obito's level.

Obito has the Rinnegan, Mokuton and Uchiha and rikudo jutsu's that madara taught him and He has a katon on par with edo madara's.

All kakashi has is 1000 fodder jutsu's.

Please don't over estimate kakashi.

Listen ppl think because you have a rinnegan you suddenly become invincible. Konan already almost solo'd obito yet people are treating him like he is a god. Kumui is also obito's best move or else naruto would have killed him, and konan. Now ppl are just saying rinnegan without an explanation and my reply is so what. Pain had the rinnegan and naruto beat him with out an eye, adding insult to injury finished him with a reg rasengan. Madara had EMS and got beat. Neji had Byakugan and got beat. Danzo had ten sharingans and senju dna and lost to good old sasuke. Having an eye doesn't make you invincible.

Wrong Kakashi fought Deva path and Asura Path. Kakashi almoust Killed Deva path witch is the nr1 of all 6Paths but Asura path got in the way.....
