Kakashi not using MS is NOT a plot hole

Kishi fans/readers love to scream " PLOT HOLE!!! " when something happens which isn't explained. Kakashi not using MS until after the invasion of the village can be explained easily. Going by the author's style of writing and his character, Kakashi could've just decided not to use a power that birth from the death of a comrade he swore to protect. Actually thinking back to part 1 Kakashi was really upset when Naruto and Sasuke's rooftop fight almost injured/killed Sakura. Makes me think Kishi has a plan and isn't making this up as he goes. Put your pitchforks down angry townsfolk and let the author finish before burning his house and hanging his first born.

It's quite obvious it's not a plot hole given that Kakashi's chakra was too low for Kamui to be used in part 1. Why people don't understand that is beyond me. With increased stamina and chakra levels, he could only use Kamui 3 times on his first use of it. Using sharingan in part 1 was straining to him. After a battle he would be exhausted. Kamui would've killed him if he used it.

Or it could be because he didn't have enough charka to use it in succession...makes more sense then "oh I dont wanna use" to imma start spammin Kumi at my best friend that i thought was dead for half my life

I agree but I think that he never knew he awakened it until later like how sasuke never knew he awakened his sharingan at the uchiha massacre.

Thats what i tried to explain to people before just because Kakashi had the MS does not mean he had to use it. There were no real threats in part 1 worth Kakashi resulting to drastic measures and use his MS

Oh come on give me a break, Kishi hadn't planned this far back then, you can't use those arguments. Awakening MS and using it is 2 completely different things. Maybe it just means he was slow at learning what to do with it, it's not like he should have any idea how to change from 3 tomoe to the MS, but he probably found out later by reading scrolls or whatever. Kakashi might not even know he awakened the MS back then, since he passed out. He probably notices by some coincidence in the time skip.

If he had it all the time he would have used it for sure, but it is no plot hole, he just didn't know how - obviously, so even if he is a genius he can't use a jutsu he knows way too little about. It's not like you change from 2 to 3 tomoe, when you have 3 it doesn't change, and if he didn't knew he had it how could he use it...

Only typical bozo's like you would use the MS against the likes of Haku and Zabuza when they can be taken care of with a simple chidori. Dont get me wrong both Haku and Zabuza are both formidable ninja but they do not pose a big enough threat that would force Kakashi to use Kamui in them. Now part 2 was different because that's when more powerful ninja started to come around like the Akatsuki forcing Kakashi to use the MS.
