Bee only because his sword style pretty much makes him able to take out MOST of the Narutoverse anyway. You notice they almost always pit him against either expert swordsmen or Sharingan users.

Kakashi wouldn't be able to read his moves even WITH Sharingan.

Without the sharingan, Heck even with the sharingan he hasn't much chance of last Vs Bee's Sword style that he used on Sasuke.

Also You guys forget Bee was keeping up with Sasuke and Taka without the 8tails for a short while
