Hiruzen. Even if Kakashi had his Sharingan, old Hiruzen would still win. Old Hiruzen was able to go toe to toe with Orochimaru and edo First/Second.

Kakashi should be a lot faster and I think that he is smarter and with better jutsu. I can easily see Hiruzen tricked by a RKB and then killed with Raikiri or Raikiri kunai. Even without Sharingan and MS Kakashi should be better than him, Hiruzen was already tired just by having used Enma as nyoi-bo for some sequences...
