Could it be Kakashi Summoning are actually form the Inuzuka Clan in which are specially trained to be smarter to think on there own so that they could do missions ( Scout or Recon Task ) by themselves or from a Forbidden Jutsu which the dog and its human spirit go into the dog like that shit of American Dad the Fish xD
