Instead kishi would try to create excuses like in Deidara case where he couldn't control the jutsu or even when he finally masters it, he faces the only opponent who can counter it(Obito), but in actuallity, kamzi IS a one shot jutsu, just that for the sake of the manga, it shouldn't happen or fights would be boring. It's not obly the case for kamui but even other instant techniques like amaterasu

He almost never Had to use it at such a Lvl He used it Just against Diedara and He was Flying U know And fighting Obito-Who can get out of the Dimension Makes Oneshot Technic like Kamui almoust worthless.So if His oponent has no Sharingun Like Obito This technic is Unbeatable......

Dumbass reply ! if a character has actually performed a feat in this case its a one shot kill with kumui. then it makes sense to use it in a debate. since kakashi has never one shoTed anybody in the manga .it doesn't make since to use that argument in a debate . Your example is invalid . one shot means to kill. so if Im debating you and you say sasuke kills whoever with ametarasu , id say he has never killed antibody with ameterasu ! I go based on what's been shown in the manga . get that ? your lack of comprehension is what fails !
