The Paths still win quite decisively.

No one on team 1 will be able to take advantage of Deva Path's ST cooldown with his dodging feats, and with Preta Path there to absorb chakra based attacks. Asura Path will be exerting constant pressure on team 1 with missiles and can potentially take out both Yamato and Neji with his chakra laser.

Without summons Animal Path's only role would be to try to hit anyone on team one with chakra rods, or as a meatshield for a more important Path. On the other hand, Human Path's Soul Rip would be useful for a one-shot thanks to Deva Path using Bansho Tenin on either Kakashi or Neji to pull them into his hands. Then you have Naraka Path there to bring back any fallen Paths, who will be adequately protected by Deva and Preta.

Thus, the Paths win due to team 1 not having a viable way of taking down either Deva or Naraka during Deva's cooldown, whilst also matching Asura Path's destructive capacity, avoiding chakra rods from both Animal and Human Path, and countering Preta Path's chakra absorption. And that's all before Chibaku Tensei comes into play.

Kakashi,Neji,Yamato wins. Kakashi would go for the hardest hitters which would be Deva Ashura and Naraka. Animal path is useless because summonings are restricted. Neji and Yamoto comfortably takes the other paths.

--Kakashi gets taken down by Deva rather easily,,as once the latter starts using his boss sized ST,, kakashi and his company are getting kiilled,,,

--Multiple Animal Summons alongside shurado missiles,, as well as other paths attempting to land chakra rods,,, and devas BT+chakra rods would give pein quite an easy win,,,

], an with knowledge, they can come up with tactics to counter Pain's techniques. Regarding Tendou's power, concentrated Chakra gathered in their feet, it will be a sufficient counter to Pain's Jutsu. Once Kakashi finishes off Tendou, the others will be able to take care of the rest. Team 1 should win this.​
