you know what, that is a damn good question. Because like Tobirama said, the chakra never disappeared, it only remanifested in RESONANCE with Naruto's chakra. With Naruto connected with Minato, Minato used ftg, teleporting himself, Naruto, and EVERYONE who has Kurama's chakra, like a bond or something.

So the chakra should've also appeared around Kakashi since it doesn't disappear, only brought back out, and he should've ported with everyone else.....UNLESS, it doesn't work if he's in another dimension, which is what I believe.
