definately team naruto. kakashi can use his eye techs to protect/warn the team from the secret hashi techs which only madara could see. then naruto and jariya can no doubt manage a rinnegan user considering they have litteraally almost all info on them now.

Im gonna go out there and say Madara. It could go either way in my opinion, but i think Madara would still win. As Nagato showed with the Rinnengan, you can take on 3 kage level opponents (two of the strongest jinchurikis and an exceptional Uchiha), while he lost he showed that he could absorb alot of chakra.
On top of the Rinnengan powers, he has the perception and powers of the EMS, allowing him Susano, and presumably two other eye techniques (maybe ameratsu and the genjutsu one(i cant spell it)).
With all respect to Kakashi, if Madara was quick, he could force him to exhaust himself with Kamui. Madara could block the Raikages attacks, so could manage Narutos speed.

But Jiraiya and Kakashi are both very clever ninjas, and skillful, while Naruto is just a ball of power. So would at the very least have him collapsing from exhaustion.

This team pretty much checkmates him. He wouldn't last long against those three without susanoo, but using susanoo makes him vulnerable to kamui since he can hardly move.
