Kakashi MS???

Can anyone briefly explain me how could kakashi, who is not an uchiha, to be able to activate MS??? I have no idea. Thanks for your answer.

Kakashi was the one who killed Rin, and Obito saw it... therefore making Obito feel the big loss of love etc etc blah blah read the manga to get full detailed... however, Obito achieved MS when he was like maximum of 1km away from kakashi their eyes were synced at that time...
