If kakashi got his Mangekyo sharigan waaay back then

why has he never used it before?? and told naruto he gained it when he was training with jiriaya

Part I Kakashi was barely able to hold the standard Sharingan, and could only use the Raikiri 4 times a day at full power.

Part II Kakashi was only able to use the Mangekyo Sharingan in dire situations. Against Deidara he was hospitalized for using the Kamui 3 times from full strength.

He hasnt even used kamui until later you acting just cuz he got MS that he knows about kamui. Im sure he trains himself but we dont know when
