EDIT: also sasuke going in for close combat like some are suggesting would not be a good idea.. sasuke half blind can barely see anything.. being close to a kakashi who has sharingan a lot of hand to hand combat movements sasuke most likely wouldnt be able to notice :/

atleast if he has range he has more chance to see kakashi's movements but close up.. also since sasuke was exhausted he might not have been able to keep up with hand to hand combat

That my friend is partially plot no jutsu, I might be misinformed but at least I have the mental capacity to conceptualize the difference between a real fight and plot no jutsu. If kakashi had killed Sasuke that would of completely demolished the point of the manga.

It was never really a proper fight.
Sasuke was blind whereas Naruto and Kakashi would never kill their friend/student.

Kakashi could easily build chakra and 1 shots Sasuke at this rate. Sasuke had no information regardless his new sharringan.

Let's face it, Sasuke was the only one that rushed the fight, all Naruto and Kakashi did was to talk with him.

MS Sasuke beats kakashi. Kakashi was unable to put down a nearly blind Sasuke - a testament to his superiority. If Naruto had not intervened, both of them would have clashed and it would have been the end of Kakashi. Zetsu would have aided Sasuke as well, by sucking out his tiny little chakra reserves. There is a reason why Kakashi was shitting his pants.

Kakashi would stomp him hard.Sasuke tried to kill him with his best technique half blind or not whereas Kakashi still wanted bring him back to village.Also Kakashi didn't even need sharingan to own him in taijutsu, he just used one eye.

With intent to kill, like when Tobi came to save Sasuke Kakashi immediatly going to use kamui, Sasuke is already dead.
