So Kakashi was just playing the medical ninja the entire time when he has better medical ninjas like Sakura on the battlefield just as an excuse for not being on the battleground this entire time? Really Kishi? facepalm

Glad to see Kakashi once again, but the chapter was boring *Sigh*

The only thing good about this chapter was Kakashi. Kakashi literally saved this chapter. In those two panels.

He was low on chakra
If he had used the Kamui, he would have died right as he teleport back. If not, then he would have caught into the chaos and die before finding Sakura or any medical ninja. That's a better option he got there.

Doubt it. You won't recover chakra from a 10 minute rest, and that's about the time Kakashi has been in the dimension since Obito escaped.

If he had used the Kamui, he would have died right as he teleport back. If not, then he would have caught into the chaos and die before finding Sakura or any medical ninja. That's a better option he got there.

His chakra was restored. The only reason he would possibly be low on chakra was if the genjutsu battle he had with Obito was chakra-exhausting - that's virtually the only part of their fight that was partially off-panel, and during this battle Kakashi didn't use any other chakra taxing techniques.

In fact normally he has largelly enough chakra to come back many times, he didn't waste a lot after getting Kurama's chakra he only used 1 kamui and few raikiris.

chakra = physical energy + spiritual energy.

The reasons is that when he was injured by Obito's attack he lost a lot of chakra too, it was a serious injurie.

I'm glad we got to see some of Kakashi this chapter. Perhaps he could have teleported, but I doubt he'd want to risk losing all his chakra or making his wound any worse.
Considering he most likely went on solo missions during his time in the ANBU, I'd expect nothing less from his first aid expertise.

Kakashi was fatally injured. Healing himself was wise. Using Kamui again, in his current state, would have killed him, or injured him even further.

Preferably, he'll appear on the back on Pakkun and smite Obito... thus saving them all.
