I've been interested on how Kakashi looks like without his mask but there's no official pic. lol but the Sha no sho Naruto special is relevant to this topic. x)

Apparently from the fillers he's suppose to be really good looking because Ino and Ayame were both star-struck when he ate his ramen. The camera just never got his face

Kakashi's face was never shown in the manga...
And i have read in an interview or something like that (don't know for sure if it was fake or not) that Kishi said that right now he can't draw Kakashi's face even if he wanted to. The reason for this is that the fan's expectations are so great, he wouldn't know what to draw to rise up to their expectations and not disappoint.

This is never going to happen. As someone stated above, Kakashi with a mask is Kakashi. It is his defining characteristic. The day he loses the mask, he will be dead (both literally and figuratively.)
