Kakashi longest reigning Hokage after Hiruzen? Lord 3rd reigned for 43 years at least

1. Hashirama's Hokage reign was about 3-5 years after which Tobirama took over.

tsunade was born when hashirama was alive and she passes academy at 6 and was place under hokage hiruzen's reign and hiruzen was older than sannins by 18 years. so hiruzen was at least 24 yo when he became hokage, but looking at. hiruzen was trained by Tobirama for 16 years [8-24] which gives us idea about tobirama

2. Tobirama was hokage for 16 years since we saw in hiruzen flashback that as a kid he was trained by hokage tobirama.

3. now Hiruzen was confirmed leader from his 24 to 69 barring 2 years when minato was hokage whic makes his reign the longest of at least 43 years!

4. Minato was youngest hokage from his 22 to 24. he was hokage for 2 years.

5. tsunade was hokage from naruto's 13 to his 17. which means she was hokage for 4 years.

6. Kakashi was hokage from naruto's 17 to his 35. bolt is at least 12 yo and naruto married when he was 20 assuming bolt was born on when he was 24 (like with minato and naruto) so kakashi was hokage for 18 years.

7. Naruto was the newest hokage, it was his first year as hokage. we have dialogue between gai and kakashi proving that.

so finally,

Hiruzen was hokage for 43 years (at least)
Kakashi for 18 years.
Tobirama for 16 years.
Tsunade for 4 years.
Hashirama for 3-4 years.
Minato for 2 years.
Naruto for a year.

No that was a plot hole. Hashirama should have literally no memory whatsoever of Tsunade. When Tobirama died Danzo, Hiruzen, and the rest of them were all kids, teenagers at most so I say about 15-17. If Tobirama was already Hokage, that means Hashirama was already dead when Hiruzen was 15-17 thus he being 19 years older than the Sannin mean they were not born until after Hashirama died so its a plothole. You're not going to tell me all those little kids sitting around Tobirama were 24+ years old are you?

Bolt is not 12. Hes still in the academy so hes around 7-9. Also you can tell by the way all of them are drawn that they aren't even 12 yet. They are al drawn in the fashion of how the former Konoha 11 were in their academy days.
