Kakashi & Lee vs Gai & Neji

Considering how quick guy can drop hirudora and its big aoe team two can take it. but at the same time kakashi can drop kamui....

Imo Lee 5th gate > Neji (lee doesnt seem to be able to go beyond the fifth) and Gai>Kakashi i dont think kakashi can kamui something that he can't even see . We all know how fast Gai can move and how deadly a punch of him can be.I am not underrating kakashi but it's like gai has the perfect counter. Could go either way for me.
