Yup though of that first when i saw them

Though theres a difference between Kakashis and Kisames behavour. Kisame made it for the real "mission" and Kakashi made it because of his emotions to Rin. Kakashi didn't want to do it but wanted because he didnt want Rin to suffer while Kisame made it for his lust and mission.

actually it is the style of the leaf village, heres a perfect example during time of war missions were to come first before comrades, look at kakashi dad he was a famous ninja, and as soon as he saved his comrades he was discrimanted beccause he didnt complete the mission.

well what if minato saves him again? like he did last time, not only that its beccause kakashi knew he couldent save both himself and rin thats why he killed rin, and its possible he was captured and then saved

kishi makes alot of mistakes in the manga, but you also forget obito said that he dosent blame kakashi beccause of the world they live in aka the shinobi world.
