There are several possibilities
circling this scenario :-
~ "Kakashi" and "Rin" here are
White Zetsu clones. And if not
both of them, atleast one of
them is. (We know that White
Zetsu can form perfect clones of
people he's touched right down
to their chakra signature.)
~ It's a powerful genjutsu. Obito,
before leaving the cave, looked
into old Madara's Sharingan.
So,....bam! One look into that
legendary ninja's eye, and Obito
was already caught in his illusion,
that manifests here showing
"Kakashi killing Rin".
~ Kakashi INDEED kills Rin
(evident by the tear in his eye,
signifying he did not want to do
this but somehow was forced to
do so). Rin's mind/body might've
been taken over by some enemy
jutsu, and was being a threat to
Konoha,...so Kakashi had to kill
her. Or...Kakashi's body was
taken over by some enemy -
that's a possibility too.
~ Rin must've been a spy/enemy
all along (much like Kabuto,...you
never know), and was gathering
important intel on Konoha ever
since she was a child. Kakashi
must've gotten word of this, and
might've exposed her truth,
before - tearfully (as he
considered her a dear friend) -
impaling her with a Chidori.
These are the theories I'm
coming up with. Lol. Hope one of
them comes out to be true.
