He can use it much more than that now but I agree.

I dunno how many he can use but it is more than 1 or 2 now...

Even a very exhausted near to death Kakashi was able to use his last kamui fast and perfectly on an harder angle on Shuradou's missile.

Since that Pein arc he surprised me with all these jutsus.
according to manga against Pein he used :

4 Raikiri
1 Doton: Doryūheki
1 Raijū Hashiri no Jutsu
1 Raiton Kage Bunshin

after this he said that he still had 50% and used :

1 Raikiri
1 Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu
2 Kamui

so

4 raikiri + 1 doton +1 lighting wolf + 1 lighting clone = 2 kamui + 1 doton + 1 raikiri

Take off all the others jutsu ,you'll see that he can do about 5 kamui.

The databook precise that no defense is possible against kamui.
