Kakashi Kamui improvement?

We know that Tobi clearly told Kakashi that Kamui will not work on him, and we know why. Because he can warp himself in/out of that dimension. And I also believe Tobi had something to do with stopping Kakashi's Kamui on the Gedo Mazo.

So, do you think that if Kakashi practiced, like he did in the first time skip, he could learn to access, and leave the dimension Tobi uses? Because then he could be of hugee help in the Tobi fight, and it would aid him in other fights as he could kamui himself away to heal or get away, and they could fight closer to Tobi cause if he sucks them in, the Tobi to the rescue, what do you think?

PS: I wonder how Tobi finds his victims in that dimension, it's looks endless so couldn't they run maybe?

Yeah, but it would help against Tobi, i.e saving people tobi sucks in, also it would help him in other fights.
