If they know each other's abilities, I'd say Jyraiya and Kakashi. If Jyraiya knew about the Six Paths of Pain, then I'm 98% sure Jyraiya would have won.

nah nagato would own the two of them, kakashi will tire easily and both of them not smart enough to figure out how to beat pain, jiraiya might last long because of sage mode but then again jiraiya can use sage mode on his own so those frogs will be helping with their genjutsu so might be jiraiya wins
and im talking about the nagato that naruto b and itachi faced, not the six bodies of pain, cause that was easy and pain would absord every rasengan jiraiya use, and he would not be dumb enough to absorb sage chakra.

I never really nderstood that line , if he knew our secret he would have defeated us...
so if he knew none of the 6 paths was the real nagato he would have defeated him.. doesnt really make sens to me , hed still had to kill those six bodies then

Well not just multiple bodies--wasn't long before he figured that out. I mean the six abilities
