in terms of jutsu ... kakashi was...
in terms of intelligence / emotion/ reasoning.. Itachi was better..

About Emotion's Kakashi is pretty much same as Itachi ,

He witnessed death' of his Father when he is too Young..
He witnessed death of his best friend, Lover and Teacher ...All these are no dif from Itachi's.....

Oooh well....Kakashi has better base skills.
This was proven since Kakashi managed to graduate and get higher in the ranks sooner than Itachi. Itachi awakened his sharingan and then he became a prodigy.
In overall skills, I think Kakashi is better than Itachi, however Itachi is better at using his sharinagn, mostly because he is an Uchiha.
Kamui>everything Itachi has on his arsenal, but is highly unlikely for Kakashi to use this as his first move to end the match, so at the end Itachi>Kakashi.

What do you mean you rest your case? DB says yata mirror deflects any attack it also says all defenses are useless against Kamui. So it comes down to personal choice since there isn't any more evidence of which is superior.

Kakashi was a trash talker to his own teammate.. Itachi would've motivated his teammates with kinder words..

This is because they have different beliefs Itachi values the village and sasuke above all else. While kakashi values his friends above all else. Kakashi might have trashed talked his teamates. but that was to show he was human even itachi admitted his mistakes and failures by doing everything himself.

Itachi himself said you can't put someone with the same eyes in genjutsu without that person seeing through it. If kakashi has mangyekou activated, Even tsukuyomi won't work. I can show you the scan if you don't agree.

In case u dnt knw go and read Manga again or atleast watch the episode of Naruto VS Sasuke at vote then u can Observe the Dif b/w with Sharingan fight and wihtout Saringan fight..........
