As for naruto gets the rinnegan there is a plausible way but it's not going to happen simply because he would become far too strong. Right now he has inside of his 8 of the 9 tailed beasts. Supposedly that he gets charka from 8 tails, he could have the nine tailed beasts' fused creating a part of Juubi and therefore making him his jinchuriki. Supposedly that the sage got the rinnegan but sealing Juubi inside of him then, why if someone seals it as well, cannot get it?

Yeah, I agree that Kakashi almost definitely is not a Senju, if he were I would expect him to have more chakra and be able to more effectively use the sharingan.
