Kakashi wrecked shit BEFORE he got the Sharingan, and with it, he came damn close to kage level. Now that he doesn't have his sharingan, it's true that he's not as dangerous as before, but with all the techniques that he's copied and experience he has, he's pretty much a nerfed down version of Hiruzen.

What? Kakashi was most definitely at kage level with the Sharingan. With Kurama Cloak, he was almost at demi-god level.

He could have logically gotten RInnegan without Hagoromo, remember he got Hashirama/Ashura's chakra...

In recent chapters, it was revealed that Hashirama and Madara still have Ashura/Indra's chakra in them even as Edo's...

Yeah he was a Jounin during Kakashi Gaiden where Obito "dies,." Hell he was a Jounin when Rin dies.

He originally had just Indra. Thanks to Kabuto he got Asura's as well. So basically replace Hagoromo with Kabuto.
