He definitely isn't chunin level... Kakashi is still a strong jonin, but with the loss of his sharingan he isn't kage level in terms of fighting ability anymore. His mind is still on the level of a kage's though.

Everyone's standard now is, can this person beat Kaguya.
About 99% of NV cannot beat Kaguya. He isn't weak. He can still kill some Akatsuki members, and multiple Jounin level ninja.

OT: He'll probably get some power-up like Hiraishin, making him OP as hell. Maybe seal Kaguya inside of him, be Kaguya Jinchuuriki or some shiz.

Kakashi wrecked shit BEFORE he got the Sharingan, and with it, he came damn close to kage level. Now that he doesn't have his sharingan, it's true that he's not as dangerous as before, but with all the techniques that he's copied and experience he has, he's pretty much a nerfed down version of Hiruzen.
