Itachi- he will defeat Kakashi with Tsukuyomi,Amaterasu or Susanno.Kamui can't destroy Yata mirror.
There's no evidence to suggest Yata mirror can't be warped. It is ethereal, yes, but so are Susanoo arrows which were kamuied as easily as any non-ethereal thing.
I can counter your argument that Kakashi will be defeated by Amaterasu by saying that Itachi will be defeated by Kamui - which in fact is more probable, since Amaterasu was shown to be fast, but still travelling (as seen against A) and Kamui doesn't travel, but is instant. Tsukyomi is a valid argument, but I think Kakashi has gained enough data not to fall into it again - he claimed on the beginning of the series that the same trick doesn't work on him twice, and as of yet, nothing indicated that he was wrong.
Also, another argument why I think Kakashi has higher chances of winning is the fact that he has currently better stamina than Itachi had. He was able to use Kamui 6 times on a single chakra reserves while using other chakra-taxing techniques like kage bunshin and a whole bunch of Raikiri. He also fought for a long time off-screen, which means he probably used up even more chakra. Itachi's MS techniques have been shown to be MUCH more chakra-taxing for him, as seen in his fight against Sasuke, and even (when his sickness was not developed that much) in Part I. After using Tsukoymi on Kakashi he was trembling (though he tried to hide it) and after using MS twice in a single day he said it was unwise of him to overuse it like this.
A-The fourth Raikage is as durable as his father and kakashi isn't fast enough to keep up with him.He loses badly
Sasuke was fast enough, and Kakashi is fast enough to stop Sasuke's Chidori single-handedly, without even having his Sharingan on.
Konan-Kakashi can't touch her with his techs...he will die a horrible death.
She was stabbed with a simple rod in the chest, so why would you think she is immune to Raikiri? And that's just of Kakashi's techniques.
Kabuto/Orochimaru- They defeat him with edo tensei or Sagemode/yamata no Jutsu.
Yamata no jutsu didn't really do anything, so I don't think it's a valid point.
As for Kabuto, as I said, he would most likely defeat Kakashi BACK THEN, but he lost his powers, so he doesn't fit into top 10 list anymore.
