Once he got the sharingan the"no clan" bit went out the window. U should understand why.
Naruto gave him enough chakra to warp the juubi and kurama filled his tank past his normal limits twice.
Obito willingly got stabbed and remained in a sense "unneffected"
Both of his eyes are open and many times during this fight he relied solely on his shraingan.
He's top 20.
