Kakashi is top 10 and a top tier ninja (bar trascendent people)

Wall of text, didn't read it. Btw Kakshi is one of my favorites but lets be honest here MS Kakashi barely makes top 20 now without his sharingan he isn't fodder but i wouldn't even call him Kage level anymore in terms of power.

I wish I can rep you for this factual thread. With Kamui, Kakashi is top 10 or 5. Without it, even though he is top 10 material, he is at least top 20. However, you have done a lot effort examining his abilities, and you done well in it.​

I don't know if I'd put Kakashi in "top 10" per say, but he is definitely up there, especially if we exclude the so-called "demi-gods" of the manga. Here is a rough tier list of where I'd place him relative to others. I didn't include everyone (pretty hard to remember everyone here), but this should do as a rough representation of where I think he should be:

Strongest

1. Juubi Madara (now Kaguya?)
2. Naruto / Sasuke
3. 8th Gate Gai / Juubi Obito

Demi-"god"

1. VoTE Hashirama / VoTE Madara
2. Nagato (healthy, mobile)

High-Kage

1. Kabuto (assuming no Edo Tensei)
2. Tobirama / Minato (non-Edo, so no Bijuu Mode)
3. Itachi / Kakashi (War Arc) / Gai (up to 7th Gate)
4. Muu
5. 3rd Raikage
6. 2nd Mizukage
7. Onoki
8. Orochimaru (assuming no Edo Tensei)
9. Jiraiya

I know what you meant. I said that basing off a match, and Kakashi would win with his Kamui.​

Remember Mei with an entire squad of jounins couldn't defeat him despite fighting him for one day long, so a Black Zetsu that can contend with current Kage Level shinobis like Mei(with jounins back-ups) is no match for Kakashi. That says a lot

In today's chapter we've just had a great feat of fast thinking/fast action from Kakashi. I think that is one of the best feat in pure ninja skill in all the manga.
