First of all i want to thanks "kakashi ms" since this thread is practically his, i changed the title and added a few details.
The problem that kakashi had, the same that did not allow him to be compared with sasuke, or any of the current kages, is that he had low chakra reserves and his kamui was very chakra-draining for him. Well since the war arc this changed a lot.

JUTSUS THAT KAKASHI USED BEFORE RECEIVING KURAMA'S CHAKRA. HE USED 13, AND ALL THAT WAS AFTER FIGHTING 7 SWORDSMEN.

-6 Kamui(Gedo Mazo's head, Lightining kunai, 2 Rasengans, BM Naruto clone, Himself)

-2 Lightining chains (in bijuu atacks and in gedo mazo's hand)

-2 Raikiris (In v2 jinjurikis and in Obito to protect Naruto)

-1 Earth wall (to protect against obito's shuriken)

-1 Lightining kunai (to make obito use kamui before he touches naruto)

-2 Shadow clones (he used 2 lightining chains, so he used one clone for each one)

In conclusion, even without kurama's chakra, kakashi doesnot have low stamina and could face any of the current kages, beating al of them (he can beat MS Sasuke IMO).

Nah Kakashi is still weaker than the current kages because they are far stronger, faster, and have higher chakra reserve than him. He'd run out of chakra just to keep up with them. If he does get lucky with kamui, then he has a shot, but if he misses, he'd be dead in no time.

Not powerfull without Kurama's chakra slow?He did reap Deidara's hand apart,he wraped a whole explosion,a Susanoo arrow which is very fast,he wrapped a whole Naruto clone without Obito understating it,who has sharingan and it easier for him to track movement and he was going to take the neck of the juubi if Obito didn't interfeer.It is powerful and fast,don't be stupid.

I agree,people tend to underestimate Kakashi's chakra levels cause sharingan drains him easily.But Kakashi doesn't have the right body so it's only natural that this happens.
Kakashi is awesome but honestly I don't think he can win against dust release or Raikage's speed.
So those two can take him.
I agree with the chakra part though.
