I'm no way a fanboy but it's painfully ovbious that Itachi (when alive) was way stronger than Itachi, Itachi was considered a genius umong the Uchiha, Sasuke couldn't even take him down when he already dying from his illness, on the other hand Kakashi couldn't take sasuke out after he had already fought all the samurai, Raikage, Kazekage, Tushikage & MiZukage aswell killing Danzo, face it dude Itachi was insanely strong.
