Thrid hokage - Could have killed off orocihmaru but didnt, maybe could have stopped the uchiha masscure


Jiraiya - Didnt stay with nagato and his gang and protect them from the eveil of the world(tobi/madara). Wasnt there to help minato when he needed him. Didnt help his master in his hour of need too.

Didnt kill orocihmaru because of his friendship like naruto couldnt get himself to do the killing blow on sasuke in part 1.



This manga has taught us one thing, in life u live with ur decision and kishi has shown that quite well with people like jiraiya, kahashi and the third hokage.

I say to hell of his "mistake" kahashi is still here now ready to die on a moments notice for the shinobi world.
